Loan Services Auditors exist to complete daily, weekly and monthly reviews in the Loan Services Department.


  • Reviews variable rate loans, escrow, Silverton loans, loans boarded into the servicing system, payment logic, and other topics based on company needs and risk assessments.

  • Reports exceptions and issue recommendations for each review.

  • Assisting in creating and implementing process improvements.

  • Working closely with Loan Services Research and Technology department on program changes.

  • Consults with additional business units depending on topics audited.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in programming, auditing, and/or Sequel queries would be beneficial.

  • Proficient in Excel and Access.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal departments via phone, email and fax.

  • Ability to manage multiple duties with a sense of urgency.

  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

  • 90% communication methods completed over the phone. Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.

  • Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.

  • Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
