The Document Custody and Release (DCR) Specialist position exists to
assist the Supervisor and team members by administering daily routine
operations to ensure that assignments are completed in a thorough,
accurate and timely manner.
Ensures that incoming and outgoing collateral documents are

Completes and ensures accuracy and compliance of offsite document
Coordinates the loan files identified for inclusion in monthly GNMA
Constructs and assigns the spreadsheet used to audit pool loans.
Works with Investor Reporting to send documents monthly to clear
outstanding exceptions for GNMA pools.
Administers the organization and shipping of pool files, trailing
documents and return of documents to document custodians.
Assists with MERS daily reports and monthly data reconciliation.
Coordinates Silverton releases and incoming Silverton notes.
Maintains spreadsheet of Silverton loans bought/serviced by VMF and
ensures that original documents are received from Silverton in a
