The Analyst – Operations position exists for the reconciliation of operations general ledger accounts for Loan Restructuring, Government Lending and Consumer Lending departments.


  • Acts as liaison with VMF Accounting to set goals and meet expectations for GL schedules.

  • Cross trains and analyzes financial information for accuracy and consistency across operations.

  • Manipulates data to necessary format for reporting purposes.

  • Improves processes through special projects and training.

  • Takes on special projects to meet the needs of senior management.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred.

  • Must have great communication skills.

  • Processing and/or bookkeeping experience required.

  • Great attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Motivated and self-starter.

  • Quality minded and flexible.

  • Willing to learn, hard-working, determined and assertive.


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

  • 90% communication methods completed over the phone. Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.

  • Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.

  • Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
