The Analyst – Operations position exists for the reconciliation of
operations general ledger accounts for Loan Restructuring, Government
Lending and Consumer Lending departments.
Acts as liaison with VMF Accounting to set goals and meet
expectations for GL schedules.
Cross trains and analyzes financial information for accuracy and
consistency across operations.
Manipulates data to necessary format for reporting purposes.
Improves processes through special projects and training.
Takes on special projects to meet the needs of senior management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred.
Must have great communication skills.
Processing and/or bookkeeping experience required.
Great attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Motivated and self-starter.
Quality minded and flexible.
Willing to learn, hard-working, determined and assertive.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity
machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and
90% communication methods completed over the phone. Must be able to
exchange accurate information at all times.
