The Treasury Specialist – Wire Recs position exists to complete daily
bank reconciliations for wire transfers and recording daily incoming
and outgoing wires, validate wiring instructions for outgoing wires,
and daily bank reporting of Fed Reference numbers for outgoing wires.
Reconciliation of incoming wires and outgoing wire disbursements
for the accounts that support Silverton processes, including
recording journal entries.
Researches, analyzes, and follows up on reconciling items affecting
Works closely with VMF Accounting to identify reconciling items
related to cash for purchase clearing and funding clearing.
Works with VMF Treasury Analysts on wire transfers to include:
entering wires for approval,
validating wire instructions,
providing Fed Reference numbers for wires sent
protecting the company from fraudulent transactions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred, but
Accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation experience a plus.
Must have great communication skills with all levels of management.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in
