The Accounts Receivable Supervisor exists to oversee the daily functions of the Payment Processing Department and act as back up as needed.


  • Problem solves and answers questions for internal departments and external existing customers as well as auditors and members of management.

  • Sets and monitors department goals.

  • Maintains monthly tracking reports.

  • Prepares schedules, maintains KRONOS and collaborates continuing education for the department.

  • Maintains and updates the Payment Processing portion of the Operations Manual and implementing changes when needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1 year experience in leadership/management a plus.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal departments via phone, email and fax.

  • Ability to manage multiple duties with a sense of urgency.

  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Strong computer skills a must.


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

  • 90% communication methods completed over the phone. Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.

  • Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.

  • Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
