Payment Processing Specialists exist to analyze and reconciling keying
errors, misapplied entries and/or programming changes that impact
general ledger accounts on existing accounts.
Resolves the errors by navigating through bank websites, Viewpoint,
and Global on a weekly basis.
Reports on the activity that occurs against each ledger on a
Implements monthly reports that require research and corrections by
journal entry, communicating with affected departments, existing
customer contact and to present findings to upper management.
Tracks and resolves returned and uncashed paid out refunds.
Reports AML items to Compliance and provides an analysis on monthly
bank charge statements.
Trains as back up and provides monthly report goals for the

understanding of actuarial and simple interest amortization in

Handles customer receivables, payoffs, reconcile daily accounting
entries, and bank balances on a backup status only.

Efficient 10-key calculator skills, and working knowledge of AS400
