Loan Restructuring Credit Services Representatives exist to make phone
calls to designated consumers to complete stipulations on behalf of the
Loan Specialists (LOs).
Completes applications received from various outlets via fax,
email, etc. for the purpose of credit approval.
Maintains compliance with company guidelines and state and federal
regulations by calling consumers on no more than 3 items with the
sole purpose of obtaining credit approval.
Enters application data into in-house LINK system with utmost
accuracy and efficiency.
Provides excellent customer service to our dealers, realtors, and
asset managers, their personnel and consumers.
Promotes company image through professional service and actions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates or bachelor’s
Computer competency with Microsoft Office and typing skills at
minimum 45 wpm.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must have good telephone etiquette.
Willing to learn, hard-working, determined and assertive.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity
machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and
90% communication methods completed over the phone. Must be able to
exchange accurate information at all times.
