Treasury Specialist exists to initiate and record daily recurring
wires, ACH cash transfers, and daily bank reporting.
Reconciliation of deposits, disbursements and clearing accounts.
Researches, analyzes, and follows up on reconciling items affecting
Works closely with Investor Reporting, Financial Accounting, and
Accounts Receivable departments to identify reconciling items.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Back up for the Wire Transfer Specialist (responsibilities include,
but are not limited to: sending wires for approval, validating wire
instructions, and protecting the company from fraudulent
High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred, but
Accounting, bookkeeping, or reconciliation experience a plus.
Must have great communication skills with all levels of management.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis in
