The Imaging Set Up Clerk exists to be responsible for preparing and arranging customer documents into a specific order to be scanned into IBM’s Kofax scan, validation and Content Manager modules.


  • Prepares incoming documents to be scanned.

  • Keeps a detailed list of the files processed.

  • Provides support for our internal customers.

  • Assists the department manager with process improvements for the team.

  • Provides backup support for scanning, auditing and validation of loan files.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, some college a plus.

  • Computer competency with Microsoft Office and typing skills at minimum 25 wpm.

  • Experience with queries, imaging, TIFF file splitters/combiners a plus.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Great attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and self-motivated.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.


  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs. with assistance.

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

  • Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.

  • Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
