Loan Restructuring Processors exist to perform purely administrative
tasks surrounding loan processing. They do not negotiate or advise
credit terms to consumers.
Accepts assignments of new loan applications on a daily basis.
Communicates with the realtors, independent dealers, and applicants
to explain and request documents required to clear loan conditions
on behalf of Loan Specialists (LOs).
Requests finalized purchase agreement Orders and tracks appraisals,
title work, and flood certifications.
Monitors processing pipeline to ensure loans are progressing
through the pipeline based on regulatory and company’s requirements
for all loan products including Loan Assumptions, NOW loans, and
Completes loan modifications upon request.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required, college a plus.
Knowledge of AS/400 and LINK a plus.
Must submit to a credit check used only for Arizona licensing
purposes. Must have proven record of managing multiple deadlines,
completing tasks in a timely manner and having excellent follow up
Must be professional, well-organized, thorough, committed, urgent
and a resourceful problem solver.
A strong preference for processing experience.
Familiarity with manufactured housing is preferred.
Must maintain excellent customer experience throughout the loan
process for all customers.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity
machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and
90% communication methods completed over the phone. Must be able to
exchange accurate information at all times.
