POSITION SUMMARY:

The Loan Restructuring Auditor exists to perform purely administrative tasks surrounding loan processing. They do not negotiate or advise credit terms with consumers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Audits closing documents for various loan types such as Direct Repo, NOW Loans, and Loan Assumptions, to ensure accuracy and completion.

  • Reviews and completes fixes to ready a deal for booking.

  • Ensures all documents are properly recorded and delivered.

  • Books loans through in-field-transfer and Fast Path.

  • Communicates with management on process improvements.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, college a plus.

  • Must submit to a credit check used only for Arizona licensing purposes

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills a must.

  • Ability to review, analyze and determine process improvements within the Loan Restructuring department.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and detail orientated skills a must.

  • Must maintain excellent customer experience throughout the loan process for all customers.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

  • 90% communication methods completed over the phone. Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.

  • Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.

  • Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
